Comprehensive Pilates Education
A native of Pittsburgh, I began my study of the Pilates Method in 2000. I have completed two comprehensive training programs: Romana’s Pilates in New York, and Excel Pilates in Washington, DC. I continue to invest my time, passion and money in continuing my education, studying with such world-class instructors as Romana Kryzanowska, Jay Grimes, Sari Mejia Santo, Junghee Won, Sandra Shimoda, Karen Frischmann and Kathryn Ross-Nash.
Lineage Matters
In 2012 I completed The Work, an in-depth study of the Pilates Method, with Jay Grimes, 1st Generation Master Teacher and former student of Joseph Pilates, at Vintage Pilates in Los Angeles. I have been invited to continue my studies with Jay in his program Teaching the Work in 2013.
